Senior Accountant

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Accountant to serve as a trusted financial adviser to a high-profile business principal with diverse and complex financial interests. This is a rare, standalone role offering direct access and genuine influence at the highest level.

The Role

Reporting directly to the principal, you will provide comprehensive financial oversight and strategic advice across a portfolio of business interests, personal finances, and investment assets — including property and tangibles. You will sit outside all existing business lines, operating with full independence and objectivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clear, accurate and timely financial management information tailored to the principal's needs
• Consolidate and interpret financial data from multiple business and investment sources
• Deliver proactive, insightful advice on personal and business financial matters
• Liaise and collaborate effectively with the finance teams across the principal's business interests
• Maintain rigorous standards of confidentiality and discretion at all times

What We're Looking For

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience
• Proven track record in providing financial management information to senior stakeholders or private clients
• Experience navigating complex, multi-entity financial structures
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to distil complex financial data into clear recommendations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident engaging at principal level
• Demonstrated ability to work with absolute discretion and maintain the highest levels of confidentiality
• Self-motivated, highly organised and comfortable working autonomously
