Job Description

Position: Senior Accountant

Location: Doha, Qatar

️ Employment Type: Outsourcing/Secondment; Long-Term Contract

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
Ensure accurate and timely accounting records and financial reporting.
Support and coordinate external audits, including providing required schedules and documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable IFRS requirements.
Work with ERP systems, preferably SAP FI, for accounting and financial transactions.
Perform financial analysis and support management reporting requirements.
Handle day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accuracy of financial data.
Support the finance team in meeting reporting deadlines and maintaining strong internal controls.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
Professional accounting qualification preferred, or currently pursuing one (ACCA, CPA, CA, CMA, etc.).
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the GCC.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP FI.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
