About the RoleWe are looking for a professional Senior Accountant to join our security company. This is a key role where you will manage our daily financial tasks, ensure our guards are paid on time using the C3 system, and handle all client billing. You must be an expert in using Accounting ERP software.
Key Responsibilities- ERP Management: Handle all financial data entry and reporting within our ERP system.
- Payroll (C3 Salary): Process monthly salaries for our security staff using the C3/Edenred platform and ensure compliance with WPS (Wages Protection System).
- Client Invoicing: Create and send professional monthly invoices to our clients accurately and on time.
- Petty Cash: Manage and record all petty cash requests and reimbursements for the office and operations team.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Reconciliations: Regularly check bank statements and supplier accounts to ensure all numbers match.
Requirements- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- ERP Experience:Strictly required. You must have proven experience working with Accounting ERP systems.
- C3 Experience: Previous experience processing salaries through C3 Pay / Edenred is a must.
- Experience: At least 5+ years of accounting experience (experience in a security or service company is a plus).
- Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and a strong eye for detail.
