Indus Real Estate is Hiring Accountant (Dubai)

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our growing team in Dubai. If you have strong expertise in real estate accounting and a passion for accuracy, this role is for you!

Requirements:

- 45 years of proven accounting experience in the UAE (Real Estate/Brokerage preferred)

-Strong knowledge of Taxation (VAT filing & compliance)

-Experience with AML regulations & compliance

-Handling of RERA / Trust Accounts and reconciliations

-Preparation of P&L, Cash Flow & Financial Reporting

-Knowledge of WPS, Payroll & Expense Management

-Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (Professional certifications like CPA/ACCA/CMA are a plus)
