Role Description

We are a leading SportsTech company in Saudi Arabia looking for an Accounting Manager to own end-to-end accounting and ensure accurate financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and high visibility.

Key responsibilities

Own full-cycle accounting: AP/AR, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting.

Manage invoicing, settlements, payment processing, and documentation with strong controls.

Prepare management reports and ensure data accuracy and audit-ready trails.

Maintain clear accounting processes and support continuity (handover-friendly documentation).

Drive disciplined, system-led finance operations (ERP/CRM-based workflows).

Requirements (must-have)

Currently based in Riyadh and available for on-site work.

Strong experience in KSA accounting operations, reconciliations, and reporting.

Hands-on experience with Al Rajhi dashboards/platform functions and ZATCA filing.

Arabic is a must: fluent Arabic speaker with native-level proficiency (spoken and written).

Preferred

Experience with Odoo (or strong ERP accounting background and ability to enforce ERP-first workflows).

Experience working in high-growth environments (tech/fintech/SaaS/startups).

High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently.

Clean reconciliations and dependable monthly reporting.

Clear, repeatable settlement and invoicing process.

Strong documentation and continuity plan for finance operations.
