Main Responsibilities:
- 1. Ensuring records and general entries are completed in the accounting system.
- 2. Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions (Clients, suppliers and bank).
- 3. Performs and controls the inventory of fixed assets and stock.
- 4. Perform Stock management report.
- 5. Perform and analyze drugstores report
- 6. Follow up the collection process of customers and
- 7. Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
- 8. Updating ledgers, researching and resolving discrepancies.
- 9. Abiding by all company procedures and accounting principles.
- 10. Ensuring Accounting Department runs smoothly and efficiently.
- 11. Communicate effectively with clients
Secondary Responsibilities:
- 1. Performing basic office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail, filing, etc.
- 2. Print statements of customers and suppliers
- 3. Conduct and monitor the Fund's inventory
- 4. Conduct Reports when requested
- 5. Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
- 6. To be committed to GSDP, ISO and OH&S Standards.
Work Experience and Educational Requirements:
- 1. BA in accounting or Finance
- 2. At least 3-year experience in same work domain.
- 3. Experience with accounting software may be required.
- 4. Excellent interpersonal skills
- 5. Ability to solve problems quicklyÂ
