MEMF Electrical Industries Co. is the industrial arm of KFB Holding Group, supporting Saudi Arabia's power infrastructure with locally engineered and high-quality electrical products.
We operate advanced manufacturing facilities in Riyadh, producing a wide range of solutions for utility and industrial customers, including:

Key Responsibilities:
- Record expenses, disbursements, and accruals related to payroll in the accounting books.
- Reconcile intercompany accounts and ensure all transactions are accounted for.
- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded.
- Account for payroll, GOSI, and other related transactions in appropriate ledgers and cost centers.
- Prepare monthly VAT reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
- Prepare monthly Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) aging reports.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Prepare additional reports as instructed by the Accounting Manager.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards.
- Review work prepared by other team members for accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments (finance, operations, HR, etc.) on financial matters.
- Mentor junior accounting staff, fostering continuous learning and professional development.
- Perform general accounting functions, including reporting on costs, inventory, and financial risk.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 510 years of experience in accounting, including financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Strong knowledge of payroll accounting, intercompany reconciliations, general ledger, and month-end/year-end closing processes.
- Understanding of VAT regulations and reporting requirements.
- MS Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior staff effectively.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- ACCA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent.
