Job Summary:
This role ensures the effective handling of investment reporting by updating monthly reports, ensuring accurate reconciliation of Unit Linked NAVs, and preparing due diligence reports. In addition, the role contributes to investment planning, participates in committee meetings, and automates reporting processes to enhance efficiency and support informed decision-making.
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate monthly closing Mid-Office investment reports and ensure timely submission of the MIS investment report and AIM using established reporting tools to meet the relevant deadline and provide accurate financial information.
- Develop and automate monthly investment reports by utilizing data automation tools to increase accuracy, reduce manual effort, and improve time efficiency in report preparation.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation for Unit Linked business NAV and Unit price verification by cross-checking figures and validating reports to ensure the correct data is circulated to all relevant parties, including Allianz websites updates.
- Prepare due diligence reports or requests for proposals for external customers and banks by gathering relevant financial data, analyzing risks, and ensuring comprehensive reporting to support investment decisions.
- Prepare investment planning models and presentations for both yearly PD and SD by utilizing financial modeling techniques and organizing data into clear, professional presentations for effective decision-making.
- Conduct investment meetings and committees, preparing models, presentations, and minutes of meetings to provide comprehensive updates.
- Assist in new assignments or projects by providing analytical and administrative support, ensuring smooth execution of tasks, and contributing to project success.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 – 5 years of experience in the investment field.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling tools.
- Proficiency in automation/reporting software (Power BI, Tableau, RPA).
- Expertise in Bloomberg, FactSet, and reconciliation tools.
- Knowledge of financial and investment reporting systems.
- Skilled in preparing presentations (PowerPoint and similar tools).
