Location: Dubai, Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days WFH)

About the job

This role supports the finance function for multiple legal entities within an international business, with reporting into Global HQ in Switzerland. Based in Dubai, the position is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely accounting, in line with group policies and IFRS requirements.

The role involves close coordination with internal stakeholders, including Shared Service Centers and Treasury, and requires a strong understanding of working within a multinational environment. It suits someone who is comfortable handling day-to-day accounting responsibilities while maintaining consistency and control across entities.

Responsibilities

• Full accounting ownership (GL, FA, Cash, AR, month-end close)
• Monthly Financial reporting to Global HQ (Switzerland)
• Multi legal entities - Manage accounting for multiple legal entities, ensuring accuracy and consistency across books
• Compliance with Internal Control System
• Strong cooperation with Global SSC (AP), Global Treasury and cross functional teams

Required experiences and skills

• ACCA / CPA / CA strongly preferred
• 4-7 years in a multinational environment 47 years of experience in a multinational environment, with exposure to intercompany transactions, foreign exchange (FX), matrix structures, and global shared service centers
• IFRS reporting

Skills

• ERP (SAP / NetSuite / Dynamics), OneStream
• MS Office
• Multi-entity reporting
• English mandatory
• European languages are considered a plus
