Job Title: Senior Accountant – Real Estate

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with strong real estate and construction accounting background. The ideal candidate must have UAE experience, solid knowledge of VAT filing, and be proficient in Pact Revue software.

Salary- Upto AED 15K

Work schedule- Monday to Saturday (9:30 AM- 6:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting for real estate & construction projects
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements
• Manage VAT calculations, filings, and compliance
• Track project costs, revenues, WIP, and budgets
• Manage property acquisitions, disposals, leasing & rentals
• Reconcile bank accounts and supplier statements
• Use Pact Revue for accounting and reporting
• Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants
• Support management with reports and forecasts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance
• CA qualified
• UAE experience in real estate or construction
• Hands-on with Pact Revue (mandatory)
• Strong VAT knowledge
• Experience in project costing & WIP
• High accuracy, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines
