Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt for a Senior Accounts Receivable. The Senior Accounts Receivable will be responsible for overseeing the invoicing processes, managing debt collection, and ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions. This role involves performing detailed financial analysis, maintaining accurate records, and providing financial reports as required. Excellent communication skills are vital for liaising with customers, resolving any billing issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable cycle (invoicing, collections, reconciliations).
• Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely collection.
• Prepare detailed aging reports and provide insights on customer credit risk.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve billing disputes.
• Support audits, month-end, and year-end financial closing activities.
• Work with large raw data sets to perform detailed reconciliations of control accounts, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Oracle).
• Strong skills in Excel and ability to work with large data sets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong English skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• E-commerce experience is a plus.
