Senior Accountant - Revenue

Job Description

KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES:

# Prepare revenue accounts settlements prepare necessary reports and submit to Manager for approval.

# Liaise with accounts payable and treasury to manage the database for the expense system and ensure that all

entries tally with the required documentation/invoices for payments due

# Analyze revenue accounts and ensure target achievement.

# Check records for previous outstanding and follow up discrepancies.

# Prepare analytical reports on revenue accounts and verify operational reports on time.

# Perform other related duties as assigned

# Ensure registration of accounts receivable adjustments

# Work on the preparation of reconciliation of the general ledger accounts for all claims and guide the team to

ensure work is done according to the approved procedures.

# Ensure cash receipts, claims, or unpaid invoices are accounted for properly.

# Maintain required receivable records and documentation to ensure that the required payments are received in

a timely and accurate manner.

# Prepare periodic reconciliation of the general ledger accounts for all receivables heads.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE,SKILLS AND EXPERIECE:

Education:# Bachelor in Accounting / Finance form a recognized university with 0-2 years of Experience, or Financial

Diploma/Diploma (Maliyoun) with 4 years of working experience
