Pyramids Steel is looking for a General Accountant to join the finance team and handle all areas of accounting within the company. The candidate must have a strong background in an industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting transactions and ensure accurate recording.
- Perform monthly reconciliations for banks, suppliers, customers, and warehouses.
- Monitor production costs and compare actual costs with standard or budgeted costs.
- Handle month-end closing and prepare monthly management reports.
- Follow up on inventory movements and ensure accurate system posting.
- Assist in preparing for internal and external audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Work on Microsoft Dynamics to manage the full accounting and production cycle.
Requirements:
- 58 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an industrial environment.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Knowledge of General Ledger (GL), cost accounting, and inventory accounting.
- Preferred range: 30s to early 40s.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of independently managing financial operations.
