Responsibilities
- Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
- Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close
- Research and analyze expense variances for company management
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure timely and accurate general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, and closing activities.
- Collaborate in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
- Assist in financial planning and performance analysis to support business strategy.
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
- Monitor internal controls and recommend improvements to enhance financial integrity and operational efficiency.
- Responsible for monitoring and controlling the company's accounts receivable.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and provide financial insights for business development.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Bilingual ( Arabic & English)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
- CFA preferred
