Senior Accountant

Manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.

Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.

Prepare and review bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger accounts.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.

Handle cash flow, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Ensure accurate tax calculations, filings, and compliance with applicable regulations.

Monitor and reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure proper closing procedures.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Coordinate with auditors and provide the required financial documents and reports.

Review financial data and provide insights to support management decision-making.

Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and financial procedures.

Supervise and support junior accounting team members when required

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

7+ years of solid experience in accounting and finance.

Strong hands-on experience covering full-cycle accounting and different finance functions.

Strong knowledge of Egyptian accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
