We are a diversified healthcare group operating across pharmaceutical distribution, retail pharmacy chains, and online e-commerce platforms in the UAE & KSA.
We're looking for a sharp, hands-on Accountant In-Charge to oversee and streamline accounting operations across multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end accounting for several companies (distribution, retail, online).
- Handle monthly closing, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Prepare P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements for management review.
- Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and audit readiness.
- Oversee payables, receivables, and expense control with accuracy and discipline.
- Work closely with operations, purchasing, and management to ensure timely reporting and financial control.
- Support budgeting and cost analysis to improve profitability.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/ACCA preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in FMCG, pharma, or retail sectors.
- Strong command of Excel and accounting/ERP systems (Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Solid understanding of UAE VAT & compliance.
- Able to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines across entities.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
