We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for each property.
Generate income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to provide insights into financial performance.
Communicate financial results to management.
Collaborate with property managers to develop and monitor annual budgets.
Accounts Payable and Receivable
Manage accounts receivable, monitoring tenant payments, and addressing any discrepancies.
Coordinate with property managers to resolve tenant billing issues.
Cost Analysis and Expense Management
Conduct cost analysis to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Monitor and control property-related expenses.
Work closely with property management teams to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry-specific financial requirements.
Preparing monthly and annual accounts
Manage all accounting transactions Manage all accounting transactions

Projecting cost calculations
Liaising with auditors
Processing employee expenses
Costing for projects
Follow up and track payments
Data gathering
Receiving and storing invoices
Using digital systems to keep records and create payments
Preparing and posting journals
Logging daily entries in accordance with accounting policy
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
Manage the company's petty cash operations and payments of bills, receipts and cash count.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Proficiency in financial software and tools, including property management software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
