Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, compile, and analyze financial data to support business decision-making.
- Maintain general ledgers and prepare accurate journal entries.
- Manage fixed assets and inventory accounting.
- Prepare trial balances, financial statements, and management reports.
- Perform cost accounting activities to support manufacturing operations.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and cost accounting.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
