Senior Accounts Payable Accountant

Responsibilities:

1. Managed end-to-end AP operations, including diverse invoice processing, reimbursements, and compliance.
2. Executed timely supplier payments via SAP F110, governmental, and manual processes, ensuring accuracy.
3. Performed comprehensive reconciliations (GR/IR, Intercompany, invoices) and clearing for financial accuracy.
4. Managed banking & treasury, including bank reconciliations, postings, and cash forecast support.
5. Supported month-end closing, financial reporting, AP analysis, and maintained vendor master data for efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Educated to degree standard from business administration
• +3 years of work experience as AP Accountant
• Excellent knowledge of Excel (incl. Excel Analytics), PowerBI, SAP, Word, MS Office and PowerPoint.
• SAP User is a must
• English
• An understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting skills is required
