Role Overview
The Senior Accounts Payable Analyst will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounts payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Oracle Fusion, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, digitally driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable including invoice processing, validation, matching, and payment execution.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and financial regulations.
- Maintain and reconcile AP sub-ledgers with the general ledger.
- Work closely with vendors to resolve discrepancies, payment issues, and account statements.
- Review and approve invoices ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities.
- Generate AP reports and dashboards using Oracle Fusion.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support AP automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations teams across KSA and global offices.
- Assist with audits by preparing required documentation and responding to queries.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, specifically within digital, technology, or multinational companies.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Accounts Payable module.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and AP workflows.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience working in KSA and familiarity with local financial regulations is preferred.
