Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Academic Manager who will be responsible for leading and overseeing end-to-end academic operations, ensuring the highest standards of assessment quality, grading accuracy, and academic compliance across all programs. The role plays a critical part in maintaining alignment with institutional policies, learning outcomes, and accreditation requirements while driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely grading aligned with learning outcomes and accreditation standards.
  • Develop and oversee grading rubrics, moderation processes, and assessment quality controls.
  • Manage end-to-end academic operations, including scheduling, student records, and program delivery.
  • Maintain and analyze academic data via ERP/LMS systems (e.g., Odoo) to drive efficiency and improvement.
  • Lead academic content creation and publication in line with institutional standards and best practices.
  • Supervise academic operations teams, conduct evaluations, and deliver training on SOPs and quality standards.
  • Support faculty development, curriculum enhancement, instructor evaluation, and faculty recruitment.
  • Implement quality management processes, conduct audits, and support accreditation requirements.
  • Develop, maintain, and enforce SOPs, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • Master's degree in education, Academic Management, or related field (PhD preferred).
  • 812 years of professional experience in academic operations, student services, or quality management within higher education or training institutions.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a managerial or leadership role, with proven experience in leading teams and managing academic functions.
  • Strong knowledge of grading systems, accreditation requirements, and quality assurance standards.
  • Experience in managing academic publications and content.
  • Proficiency in ERP/LMS systems (e.g., Odoo, Moodle, Blackboard).
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
