Senior Marketing Acquisition Manager – iGaming
Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 7,000 – 10,000 + bonuses (depending on experience)
Experience: 5+ years in digital/performance marketing, with minimum 2 years recent iGaming experience
Role Overview
Lead player acquisition strategies for a fast-growing iGaming brand. Use your expertise in paid media, affiliates, and partnerships to drive growth and maximize ROI in competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize acquisition campaigns on Meta, Google, Programmatic, and affiliate channels
Manage affiliate partnerships and negotiate high-value deals
Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations
Ensure compliance with iGaming regulations across target markets
Meet CPA, ROI, and LTV targets
Requirements
5+ years in acquisition/digital marketing; 2+ years in iGaming (casino, sportsbook, or similar)
Strong knowledge of paid media platforms and affiliate marketing
Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.)
Proven success scaling campaigns and delivering ROI
