Job Purpose:
To deliver efficient administrative and clerical support across designated functions, ensuring effective coordination, timely processing of information, and highquality service to internal and external stakeholders. This job manages varied administrative tasks, maintains departmental systems, and records, and resolves routine issues using established guidelines.
Job Accountabilities
- Coordinate a variety of administrative processes, ensuring timely completion of tasks with minimal supervision.
- Maintain departmental systems, trackers, databases, or logs, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Act as a first point of contact for routine stakeholder queries and provide resolution within defined guidelines.
- Organise meetings, small events, and schedules that require limited prioritisation or sequencing.
- Prepare and process invoices, claims, forms, or documentation following established procedures.
- Identify minor process gaps and propose straightforward improvements.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and maintain confidentiality in line with company standards
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
12 Years schooling or equivalent
Experience
Administration.General administration 1+ Year
Qualification
Knowledge/skills
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic admin principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
- Proficiency in managing and analysing data.
