This position will be based on Saudi German MEAHCO office Cairo, Egypt.
Job description :
- Organize/schedule meetings and appointments
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos , letters , faxes and forms
- Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Communications with all internal levels of employees on matters directed by Offshore director and external vendors (travel arrangements , hotels accommodation , venues for external meeting, etc..,)
- answer and direct calls (maintain contact list & office records)
- Follow up due dates for any internal tasks concerned to the offshore operational meetings with all parties
- Any other admin duties and provide secretarial and admin support to Offshore director
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years proven experience in similar role serving senior management level
- Excellent command of English language written and spoken
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a good manner and poise
- Able to be multitask and productive in a dynamic environment with excellent attention to details
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor degree
