Senior Administrative OfficerRole Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrative Officer to oversee

administrative functions, office operations, and customer service activities. The ideal candidate will

have strong experience in administration, excellent communication skills, and a solution-oriented

mindset to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily administrative and operational activities.

Handle customer service inquiries professionally via phone and email.

Ensure efficient office management, including supplies, records, and facilities coordination.

Support management with scheduling, reporting, and documentation.

Coordinate internal processes to improve efficiency and workflow.

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures.

Act as a key point of contact between departments, clients, and external partners.

  • Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
