Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily administrative operations and office coordination activities.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain reports, records, contracts, and administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate and streamline communication between departments to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Supervise facilities and support services including maintenance, housekeeping, security, catering, and office supplies.
  • Monitor and evaluate service providers performance to ensure compliance with company standards and service quality.
  • Lead and coordinate company transportation operations for employees across different locations and shifts.
  • Communicate effectively with transportation vendors, supervisors, and drivers to ensure smooth and timely transportation services.
  • Maintain and analyze transportation schedules, attendance records, routing plans, and related reports.
  • Handle administrative support requests from management and cross-functional departments.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of administrative best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in administration, office management, or transportation coordination.
  • Previous experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
  • Strong background in managing employee transportation operations and vendor coordination is highly preferred.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
