Main Role
Lead and advise on national digital transformation initiatives by designing scalable enterprise architecture solutions, enabling innovation through emerging technologies (AI, cloud), and ensuring alignment with government strategies and ICT standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Drive the design and implementation of digital transformation programs across government entities
- Develop and oversee enterprise architecture and SOA/microservices-based solutions
- Ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance digital platforms
- Advise on adoption of emerging technologies (AI, cloud computing, data platforms)
- Collaborate with stakeholders (government, private sector, international partners) to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Establish and optimize frameworks for interoperability, data governance, and digital public infrastructure
- Monitor project execution, timelines, KPIs, and overall performance
- Ensure compliance with national ICT policies, regulations, and security standards
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and executive presentations
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to architecture and engineering teams
Main Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in:
- Enterprise Architecture
- Digital Transformation
- Large-scale or government IT environments
Technical Expertise
- Strong knowledge of SOA and Microservices architecture
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar)
- Expertise in AI technologies and data platforms
- Familiarity with open-source tools and frameworks
Certifications (Preferred)
- TOGAF, PMP, or equivalent
- Cloud or Enterprise Architecture certifications
