About the role

We are looking for a Senior Advisor with strong experience in global health policy and the life sciences industry. You will advise clients on how international health policies and regulatory changes affect their operations, market access, and strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor global health policy developments and explain their implications for pharmaceutical, vaccine, and medical device companies.
• Assess policy and regulatory risks affecting market access, supply chains, and cross-border projects.
• Advise clients on market entry, industry opportunities, and strategic planning.
• Prepare policy briefings, research reports, and practical recommendations.
• Participate in client meetings and provide advice to senior decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in public health, health policy, life sciences, or a related field.
• Significant experience in international health organisations, government, life sciences companies, consulting, or policy research.
• Strong understanding of global health governance and international regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in health policy, regulatory affairs, market access, or government relations.
• Ability to translate complex policy developments into clear business implications.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Experience with organisations such as WHO, Gavi, or the Global Fund, or in senior roles within the life sciences industry, is particularly relevant.
