Position: Senior After Sales Engineer (Maintenance)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior After Sales Engineer at EcoIFM located in New Cairo. The Senior After Sales Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance of HVAC, VRF & F.F systems.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in HVAC (VRF experience is a strong plus).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance of equipment.

• Monitor and manage the daily operations to ensure an uninterrupted power supply and optimal performance.

• Provide technical support to the sales and engineering teams during project proposals and design phases.

• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and technology related to VRF systems.

• Troubleshoot faults and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.

• Analyze operational data to identify and address performance inefficiencies.

• Ensure calibration and functionality of all protective relays and control systems.

• Document and report inspection findings, including potential risks or areas requiring attention.

• Plan and schedule maintenance activities in collaboration with relevant teams.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for system design and layout creation is a MUST.
• Familiarity with VRF systems, HVAC principles, and load calculations.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to HVAC systems.
