Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Ships Agency Operator based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Senior Ships Agency Operator will manage vessel operations, coordinate logistics with port authorities, agents, and service providers, ensure compliance with maritime regulations, and handle communication with clients. The role also includes monitoring vessel schedules, preparing documentation, and solving any issues that arise during vessel port calls.

Qualifications

• Experience in vessel operations, logistics coordination, and maritime regulations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with port authorities, agents, and service providers
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and maritime software
• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or related field
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus
• Experience from 3-5 years
