We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions that drive data-driven decision-making and large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
In this role, you will work across multidisciplinary teams to build scalable, production-grade AI systems and contribute to the organization's AI strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models across domains such as NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics
- Translate complex business needs into scalable AI architectures and technical solutions
- Build and optimize data pipelines for training, validation, and deployment of models
- Deploy and maintain AI solutions in production using cloud platforms and modern frameworks
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end AI products
- Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve model performance, accuracy, and reliability
- Implement MLOps best practices including CI/CD, model versioning, and lifecycle management
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and ethical AI standards
- Stay updated with emerging AI trends and recommend innovative solutions
- Lead AI initiatives and mentor junior team members
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development or similar roles
- Strong programming skills in Python or equivalent languages
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Proven experience deploying AI models into production environments
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in large-scale or government digital transformation programs
- Expertise in NLP, computer vision, or generative AI
