Key Responsibilities
Architecture and Engineering
- Design, build, and scale complex AI products utilizing a hybrid microservice architecture.
- Develop and maintain robust microservices that span across and communicate seamlessly between the Python ecosystem and the Spring ecosystem.
- Architect infrastructure for the secure deployment of LLMs and comprehensive AI solutions on private clouds and on premise data centers.
Generative AI and LLM Development
- Architect, build, and deploy enterprise-grade Retrieval- Augmented Generation (RAG) applications tailored to specific business workflows.
- Fine-tune open-source and proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) to achieve high accuracy and performance for specialized enterprise use cases.
- Implement LLM-to-SQL solutions to enable intuitive, natural language querying of complex relational databases and data lakes.
Data and Statistical Workflows
- Develop automated data pipelines to extract complex statistical data from unstructured PDFs.
- Accurately associate and map extracted statistical data with existing tables and records in relational databases.
- Operate within a data lake ecosystem to automatically generate, catalog, and manage technical metadata for various tables and data stores.
Multimodal and NLP Capabilities
- Build and integrate AI systems tailored for advanced image processing and classification tasks.
- Develop Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions with a specific, deep focus on Arabic language nuances and morphology.
- Utilize Audio LLMs to analyze voice recordings, automate transcription, and extract actionable data from audio sources.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum education requirement is a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, serving as the standard foundation for our AI and machine learning development.
- Deep expertise in the Spring ecosystem, specifically leveraging Spring AI for building robust, scalable enterprise applications.
- Proven experience engineering seamless interoperability and communication protocols between Java and Python environments.
- Extensive, proven background in building and shipping enterprise-level AI products, with a strong portfolio of deployed solutions.
- Deep understanding of both traditional Machine Learning algorithms and modern Generative AI frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Arabic Natural Language Processing libraries and model adaptations.
- Practical experience working with multimodal AI, specifically image processing algorithms and Audio LLMs.
- Strong proficiency in database architecture, SQL, and operating within modern data lake environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience building AI or data extraction solutions specifically for the statistical sector.
- Deep understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) tools for deploying hybrid microservices at scale.
- Experience building and maintaining MLOps pipelines for continuous model training, evaluation, and deployment in onpremise environments.
