We are hiring a Senior AI Engineer to join this leading financial institution in their Abu Dhabi office. This is a 12 month contract position focused on building practical artificial intelligence solutions that transform the client onboarding process and overall customer journey.

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will focus on end to end use case delivery across multiple squads. You will work directly on building, deploying, and refining machine learning models and intelligent workflows that simplify customer interactions and automate key onboarding systems.

- Build and roll out artificial intelligence solutions tailored to client onboarding and the wider customer journey
- Deliver key use cases on schedule while collaborating across multiple engineering squads
- Write clean, maintainable code to integrate models into live financial software systems
- Partner with product managers and data specialists to translate business concepts into functional technical designs
- Monitor model performance in production and implement practical updates when needed
Discover the requirements
- Proven hands on experience building and deploying machine learning models or artificial intelligence systems
- Solid background in modern programming languages such as Python
- Hands on experience delivering software solutions within cross functional agile squads
- Prior experience in financial services or enterprise scale digital environments is a plus
- Ability to communicate complex technical details clearly to team members across different disciplines
- Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi for the duration of the contract
