Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise use cases.

The role involves building production-grade AI systems, developing intelligent applications, and leveraging modern technologies such as LLMs, cloud platforms, and data engineering frameworks to solve complex business challenges. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Machine Learning Development

• Design and deploy scalable AI/ML models and solutions
• Build and maintain ML pipelines and AI-driven applications
• Translate business problems into AI-based solutions
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of AI systems

Generative AI Solutions

• Develop applications using Prompt Engineering, RAG, and LLMs
• Integrate vector databases and AI-powered architectures
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and implement innovative solutions
• Build AI-assisted workflows and automation capabilities

Data Engineering & Analytics

• Work with structured and unstructured large-scale datasets
• Develop data pipelines, feature engineering, and transformation processes
• Optimize model performance and inference pipelines
• Collaborate with data teams to build scalable data solutions

Cloud & MLOps

• Deploy AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, MLflow, and MLOps practices
• Monitor model performance and system reliability
• Ensure AI governance, security, and compliance

Collaboration & Innovation

• Work with stakeholders, engineers, and data scientists
• Contribute to coding standards, documentation, and best practices
• Participate in POCs and innovation initiatives
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong programming experience in Python
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Hugging Face
• Expertise in Machine Learning and Generative AI
• Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, RAG, LLMs, Vector Databases
• Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Experience with MLflow, AutoML, and MLOps practices
• Strong data engineering skills with Spark, Pandas, SQL
• Experience in deploying production AI systems
• Knowledge of AI governance, security, and compliance
• Experience with Git and Agile methodologies

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise AI platforms and conversational AI
• Exposure to lakehouse/data platform architectures
• Knowledge of vector search and semantic search
• Experience in model monitoring and optimization
• Domain experience in travel industry is a plus
