Senior AI Engineer Position

Role Description The Senior AI Engineer is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI and machine learning solutions that support Xceed's multilingual BPO operations. Day-to-day tasks include building and optimizing models for pattern recognition, natural language processing, and automation of customer service workflows, as well as integrating these models into production-grade software systems. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business use cases, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver robust AI features that improve efficiency, customer experience, and decision-making. The Senior AI Engineer will also maintain and enhance existing AI pipelines, monitor performance, and apply best practices for scalability, reliability, and security. Mentoring junior engineers, reviewing code and models, and contributing to AI strategy and technical standards are key aspects of this position.

Requirements:-

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in building AI/LLM solutions.

- Strong knowledge of Python (C#/.NET is a plus).

- Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or Amazon Bedrock.

- Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector search, and prompt engineering.

- Familiarity with AI frameworks and cloud AI services is a plus.

- Fluent in English.
