Senior AI-First Software Architect / Senior GenAI Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a visionary Senior AI-First Software Architect who fundamentally approaches software development through the lens of Generative AI.

In this role, you won't be a traditional keyboard-banging developer. Instead, you are the conductor, and GenAI is your orchestra. You will leverage cutting-edge AI coding agents (like Cursor, Claude Code, and other autonomous AI tools) to build, debug, and deploy complete, production-ready solutions. Your primary job is to provide the high-level algorithms, system architecture, and design patterns, guiding the LLMs to write the actual code.

What You Will Do

AI-Driven Development: Build and deploy full-stack software solutions entirely by prompting, steering, and interacting with GenAI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) with minimal to no manual coding.

Architectural Guidance: Translate complex business requirements into clear algorithms, design patterns, and architectural blueprints that LLMs can accurately convert into code.

Expert Validation & Debugging: Act as the ultimate code reviewer. Pinpoint exactly where AI-generated code fails, understand the why, and provide precise prompts to guide the AI to fix its own bugs and optimize performance.

Polyglot AI Orchestration: Successfully guide AI to write, debug, and deploy in programming languages you don't personally know, relying on your deep understanding of universal computer science fundamentals.

Infrastructure & DevOps: Direct AI tools to generate complex Linux commands, write deployment scripts, and manage cloud infrastructure on your behalf.

Prompt Engineering & Context Management: Maintain the context window effectively, ensuring the AI tools have the right documentation, file structures, and constraints to succeed.

What We Are Looking For

Deep CS Fundamentals: You must have a profound understanding of software architecture, design patterns (SOLID, microservices, event-driven), and algorithms. You need to know what to build, even if the AI is figuring out how to type it.

GenAI Mastery: Proven, extensive experience using advanced AI coding environments (Cursor, Claude Sonnet/Claude Code, ChatGPT, etc.) to ship real software.

Impeccable Code Review Skills: You can read code faster than you write it. You possess a sharp eye for spotting hallucinations, security vulnerabilities, or inefficiencies in AI-generated outputs.

System-Level Thinking: Strong conceptual knowledge of Linux operating systems, networking, and DevOps pipelines so you can confidently prompt AI to handle infrastructure tasks.

Adaptability & Problem Solving: You don't get stuck when the AI gets confused; you know how to break down complex problems into smaller, digestible prompts to get the LLM back on track.

Background in traditional Senior Software Engineering or Technical Lead roles before transitioning to an AI-first methodology.

Experience building custom AI agents or automated CI/CD pipelines that incorporate LLM code review.
