Senior AI Full-Stack Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Full-Stack Engineer to join a growing technology environment in the UAE, working on AI-powered products, cloud-native applications and data-intensive platforms.

You will work across the full technology stack, from backend architecture and APIs through to frontend development, cloud deployment and AI integrations.

What you'll do

• Design, build and maintain scalable full-stack applications from concept through production.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Python, Node.js or similar technologies.
• Build modern frontend applications using React, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Design and integrate REST APIs, microservices and distributed systems.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB or Redis.
• Integrate AI capabilities including LLMs, RAG, AI agents and intelligent automation.
• Deploy applications using AWS, Azure or GCP, with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Contribute to CI/CD, system architecture, performance, security and reliability.
• Work closely with product, data, DevOps and engineering teams.
• Take ownership of technical decisions and mentor other engineers where appropriate.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with a modern backend language such as Python or Node.js.
• Strong experience with React, TypeScript or modern frontend development.
• Experience building REST APIs, microservices and production systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Practical experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes.
• Good understanding of databases, system design and scalable architectures.
• Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into software products is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and ownership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM APIs, RAG, AI agents or vector databases.
• Kafka, RabbitMQ or event-driven architectures.
• Terraform / Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience in AI, fintech, energy, cybersecurity or other technology-intensive industries.
• Technical leadership or mentoring experience.
