Design and build AI-powered data products using machine learning, large language models (LLMs), and modern AI technologies.
Develop, train, fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy AI/ML models using both proprietary and external datasets.
Build end-to-end machine learning pipelines, including data preparation, feature engineering, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
Apply generative AI and LLM techniques to business use cases such as text summarization, classification, information extraction, semantic search, and workflow automation.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into scalable AI solutions.
Evaluate, integrate, and optimize third-party AI tools, APIs, open-source models, and internal AI solutions.
Develop robust data pipelines and model workflows for both structured and unstructured data.
Define model evaluation metrics, conduct experiments, perform error analysis, and continuously improve model performance.
Support the production deployment of AI models, ensuring reliability, scalability, governance, and responsible AI practices.
Requirements
PhD in Computer Science or a related discipline with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related field.
Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
Proven publication record in leading machine learning or AI conferences.
At least 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar AI/ML-focused role.
Experience working with large-scale datasets and predictive modeling techniques.
Prior experience in the financial services industry is advantageous but not required.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
