Job Purpose:
The Modification Engineer is responsible for handling client-requested architectural modifications, preparing cost estimations and quotations, and coordinating with site engineers to ensure proper execution in alignment with project standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand and document requested unit modifications.
- Review architectural drawings and propose suitable design solutions.
- Prepare detailed modification drawings using AutoCAD.
- Conduct cost estimation and prepare quotations for client approvals.
- Ensure all modifications comply with project specifications and company standards.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers to communicate approved modifications and follow up on execution.
- Monitor progress and ensure timely and accurate implementation.
- Maintain proper documentation of all modification requests and approvals.
- Provide regular updates to the Customer Excellence team regarding modification status.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering.
- Experience Required: 35 Years
- Real Estate background is a must.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation and quotation preparation.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with site and technical teams.
