Senior Analyst / Assistant Manager, Technology Audit

Job Responsibilities

• Identify requirements and ensure specialized technical knowledge andexperience are applied appropriately to technology application andinfrastructure (e.g., operating systems, database management systems, cloudcomputing, network infrastructure) and Cyber Security audits in the design andexecution of audit planning, fieldwork, reporting and ongoing issues tracking
• Participate in technology application, infrastructure and Cyber Securityaudits through applying risk analysis skills, the use of analytical tools andprofessional judgement to identify areas for in-depth review with the aim ofproviding internal stakeholders with a quality assessment focusing ontechnology and information security risks and controls.
• Assist in continuous risk assessment to monitor and assess any materialchanges in the risk profile of the digital banks across Singapore, Indonesiaand Philippines on an ongoing basis
• Ensure that audits are completed in an effective, efficient and timelymanner in accordance with established standards, industry best practices andrelevant regulatory requirements
• Ensure proper performance and quality of documentation during theaudits.
• Build trust and credibility with stakeholders through objective andsustainable engagements and where appropriate, provide constructive challengeto improve or enhance internal controls
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree in ComputerScience, Information Systems or equivalent.
• Professionalcertification (e.g., CIA, CISA, CISSP) qualifications is a must.
• Minimum 9 yearsof relevant professional banking audit experience from banking institutions orBig-4 external audit firms with demonstrated technology application,infrastructure and Cyber Security audit expertise
• Must have the self-drive, knowledge,skills and competencies to examine all critical technology and security risk areas inwhich the digital bankoperates
• Relevantknowledge/experience in MASTechnology Risk Management Guidelines/notices and/or knowledge/experience in Indonesia orPhilippines local regulatory requirements is preferred
• High level ofintegrity, drive and sense of urgency
• Able to work crossfunctionally and influence organisation to accomplish goals
• Highly motivated,with willingness and ability to adapt to new circumstances, uncertainties,information and challenges in a growing start-up
• Strong ability towork both independently with sole responsibility and as part of a team todeliver quality work product in a fast-paced environment
• A big-picturethinker who is detail-oriented with structured thought process
• Mature and able tocommunicate effectively, both verbal and in writing
• Experience in theuse of data analytics and visualization tools such as ACL, IDEA, PowerBI,Tableau will be an added advantage
