Experience: Minimum 5 years Workforce Management, Reporting & Analytics experience

Role Purpose

Act as a trusted analytics partner, delivering workforce intelligence, forecasting accuracy and reporting governance that enables informed business decisions.

Key Outcomes

• Own workforce reporting, forecasting and business intelligence deliverables.
• Develop decision-ready Power BI dashboards and workforce insight frameworks.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve reporting quality, efficiency and forecasting accuracy.
• Provide analytical recommendations on workforce utilization, productivity and capacity trends.
• Support leadership reviews through concise executive presentations and business narratives.

Mandatory Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on Power BI expertise (mandatory).
• Strong workforce analytics, reporting and forecasting experience.
• Demonstrated use of AI within reporting, analytics or workforce planning.
• Advanced Excel, VBA/Macros and data automation expertise.
• Hands-on Microsoft Forms and Power Automate experience.
• Strong business communication and presentation skills.
