Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Partner with domain leaders to understand the requirements
Research and document the requirements in collaboration with IT Finance
Develop wireframes and seek feedback from end users
Propose and present solution / analysis / recommendations to end users
Create solutions addressing the specific challenge using various tools
Create and maintain documentation of processes
Act as a consultant to end users for recommendation on tools and technical feasibiliity

Minimum Qualification / Skillset

5+ years of experience in the domain of Reporting & Analytics / Power BI Development
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Engineering or Business Intelligence
Post Graduate in Finance/ Business Analytics will be an added advantage
Experience working with multiple stakeholders across locations.
Understanding of relational databases - Teradata, IBM DB2, Hadoop, Google Cloud Platform
Expertise in SQL - DDL & DML - Joins, Partition, Update, Stored Procedures, Query tuning, etc
Advance MS Excel experience
Exposure to ETL tools like Alteryx and Knime
Experience with Business Intelligence and Reporting tools, preferably in Power BI, Dart, Microstrategy
Ability to create charts/visualization that aptly represents the trends and analysis
Analytical mindset to understand and solve complex business problem
