- Lead and Monitor Trading activities to provide investors and brokers the opportunity to trade on a secure and compliant platform free of violations ensuring an orderly market and enhancing market transparency and integrity.
- Monitor and report suspicious trades or evidence of potentially abusive behavior coverage across multiple marketplaces or asset classes.
- Guide and conduct preliminary order/trades examinations with a view of ensuring transparency, fairness and effective risk management in all transactions.
- Follow regulatory requirements with broad offerings designed to protect ADX from anomalous and non-compliant activities.

- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of surveillance systems.

Risk and Business Continuity Management
- Contribute to the effective implementation of corporate policies, procedures, and processes to promote a culture focusing on the achievement of world class standards in risk management, Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management, and business continuity in line with regulatory requirements.
- Support the implementation of risk management protocols across all trading activities to maintain the highest standards of integrity and trust, in alignment with ADX's operational and regulatory frameworks.
- Participate in conducting risk assessments related to trading activities, including identifying, analyzing, and mitigating potential risks that could impact the trading environment.
Innovation and Market Development
- Support the formulation and presentation of recommendations for the development of new products and services to contribute to innovation and market growth.
- Contribute insights and suggestions for refining existing offerings and incorporating new ideas from brokerage firms, thereby assisting in enhancing ADX's market adaptability and fostering innovation.
- Participate in conducting regular evaluations of trading activities to identify areas for improvement and aiding in initiating measures that enhance the trading system's efficiency and reliability, ensuring ADX remains competitive.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving trading systems and processes, supporting operational excellence, and market service quality. Continuous Improvement
