Role Description

A Senior Anti-Bribery Specialist is responsible for supporting and strengthening the organization's anti-bribery, anti-corruption, compliance, and ethics programs. The role develops and implements anti-bribery controls, conducts risk assessments and compliance reviews, and works with internal teams to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain anti-bribery and anti-corruption policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Conduct anti-bribery risk assessments and identify potential compliance risks.
  • Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards.
  • Conduct compliance reviews, audits, investigations, and anti-bribery assessments.
  • Support third-party due diligence, including reviews of suppliers, agents, partners, and business associates.
  • Provide guidance to employees and business units on anti-bribery, conflicts of interest, gifts, hospitality, and related compliance matters.
  • Develop and deliver anti-bribery awareness training and compliance communications.
  • Maintain accurate compliance records, investigation documentation, risk assessments, and reporting materials.
  • Monitor regulatory developments, industry trends, and emerging anti-bribery risks.
  • Prepare compliance reports, findings, recommendations, and improvement plans for senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Compliance, Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in anti-bribery, anti-corruption, compliance, ethics, or risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of applicable anti-bribery laws, regulations, compliance frameworks, and internal controls.
  • Experience conducting risk assessments, due diligence, audits, investigations, or compliance reviews.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior management, employees, business partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Professional, ethical, independent, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
