Your responsibilities
Responsible for processing all invoices received for payments and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner. This will involve, compiling and maintaining accounts payable records, while also providing clerical and administrative support as needed.
- Managed end-to-end AP operations, including diverse invoice processing, reimbursements, and compliance.
- Executed timely supplier payments via SAP F110, governmental, and manual processes, ensuring accuracy.
- Performed comprehensive reconciliations (GR/IR, Intercompany, invoices) and clearing for financial accuracy.
- Managed banking & treasury, including bank reconciliations, postings, and cash forecast support.
- Supported month-end closing, financial reporting, AP analysis, and maintained vendor master data for efficiency.
Your profile
- Educated to degree standard from business administration
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Accounting
- Excellent knowledge of Excel (incl. Excel Analytics), PowerBI, SAP, Word and Powerpoint.
- An understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting skills is required
