Role Description The Senior Application Developer role at Symaro is a part-time, remote position responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web and mobile applications. This role includes implementing clean, efficient code, integrating applications with databases and third-party services, and ensuring performance, security, and reliability across the stack. The Senior Application Developer collaborates with product and QA teams to refine requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality releases. Day-to-day tasks involve reviewing code, optimizing application architecture, contributing to technical documentation, and mentoring other developers as needed to support ongoing digital transformation projects.
Qualifications

Strong skills in Software Development and Programming, including experience with modern frameworks and languages.
Hands-on experience working with Databases, including design, optimization, and integration into applications.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and related UI/UX implementation practices.
Experience with Integration of APIs, services, and third-party systems within complex application environments.
Proven background in designing scalable architectures and optimizing application performance.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time schedules, and meet project deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with secure coding practices and familiarity with endpoint security or MDM solutions is a plus.
