Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Security Engineer (F5 Specialist) to join our team. The role is responsible for delivering high-quality implementations, providing ongoing customer support, and ensuring smooth migration and integration of security solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in F5 technologies and a solid background in security and networking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct product demos and proof-of-concept setups to showcase capabilities and support customer purchase decisions.
- Provide after-sales support services for customers with active contracts.
- Design and document low-level designs and as-built manuals for installations.
- Troubleshoot product issues with vendors (TAC) through defined SLAs to resolve customer complaints.
- Deliver technical and hands-on training sessions to customers.
- Ensure smooth migration from legacy systems to new platforms without business disruption.
- Report lab, POC, and installation activities internally and externally for quality assurance.
- Continuously enhance technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills to handle advanced scenarios.
- Adhere to company HSE policies and PPE requirements across all work environments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communications engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 34 years of relevant experience with a system integrator or service provider.
- Strong understanding of Information/Application Security and Networking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of:
- Load Balancing
- WAF
- DNS Security
- Web & Mail Security technologies
- Certifications:
- CCNA Security is a plus.
- F5 LTM, APM, or ASM certifications are a strong advantage.
