Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Application Support Engineer (VAS), based in Qesm El Maadi, with opportunities for remote work. The candidate will be responsible for providing advanced technical and application support, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring application performance and uptime. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, resolve, and document technical challenges, as well as proactively identify opportunities for improving system efficiency. The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills to deliver effective support and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Application Support and Technical Support, including handling configurations, upgrades, and issue resolution.
  • Proficient Analytical Skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
  • Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities to address application performance issues and incidents promptly.
  • Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and providing clear guidance to clients or end-users.
  • Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and maintaining knowledge bases to assist with application support.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience working with VAS (Value-Added Services) technologies is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and practices is a plus.
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
