Senior Architect – BIM & Site
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We are looking for a Senior Architect with advanced BIM/Revit expertise and strong site experience to lead architectural technical coordination, shop drawings, and BIM implementation across high-end fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead BIM/Revit development and coordination for architectural works.
- Develop, review, and manage detailed architectural shop drawings and BIM models.
- Ensure site execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, and design intent.
- Coordinate architectural works with MEP, structural, joinery, and other disciplines.
- Manage BIM coordination, clash detection, and model updates throughout construction.
- Resolve technical and design issues with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor quality and technical compliance.
- Support RFIs, technical submissions, mock-ups, and consultant approvals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- 8+ years of experience, preferably in high-end workplace/interior fit-out projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM is a key requirement.
- Proven experience managing BIM models and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Strong AutoCAD and architectural shop drawing skills.
- Strong site and construction experience.
- Excellent understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and construction methods.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
BIM/Revit expertise is a critical requirement for this position.
