Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Architect BIM Working Drawing role involves leading the development of building information models (BIM) and drawings, ensuring designs meet regulatory standards and project specifications. Responsibilities include creating detailed architectural designs, overseeing the integration of various systems, and managing building design documentation. Collaboration with project teams, coordination with other disciplines, and quality assurance of project deliverables are essential aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience with Software Development and Integration in the context of architectural tools and processes, including BIM software proficiency.
• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and their application in planning, coordinating, and executing project deliverables.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Prior experience in a senior architectural role and familiarity with international building codes and standards is an advantage.
